CHARACTERISTICS OF FIRST DAY COMPLICATIONS AFTER ODONTECTOMY OF IMPACTED MANDIBULAR THIRD MOLAR IN GENERAL ANESTHESIA

Introduction: Odontectomy is the most common procedure performed by oral and maxillofacial surgeons. The consideration of odontectomy cases in general anesthesia with certain factors, such as patient anxiety, mental or physical disorders, degree difficulty impacted teeth, disoriented patients, number teeth odontectomy, duration surgery. Some complications after including swelling, trismus, paresthesia often occur from first day odontectomy. purpose this study was to determine characteristics on mandibular third molar at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital during January – June 2020. Methods: This a cross-sectional retrospective using medical record data patients diagnosed class I, II, III impaction based clinical panoramic x-rays for period - Results: obtained were 186 98 patients.
